How the history portion of your Gift of History is created…

Whatever special day you are commemorating in your life, or a loved one’s life, your Gift of History has captured that particular day in history.

We accomplish this through careful research, using archival files from leading newspapers, magazines and the Internet to find the pertinent news stories and events for that day in history. We then take all of this information and group it into the following 15 categories to give you an accurate overview of what happened on that special day.

America Today is a mini “state of the union,” giving an overview of our country at this time in history… National News lists the major news stories dominating the headlines… Business News always gives the Dow Jones industrial average that serves as a benchmark for stocks, along with those major business events that affect our economy… Sports lists the leading teams in the sports being played at that time and gives the winners of major sporting events such the Masters, Super Bowl, etc…. Good News reminds us that there is always something good and inspirational going on in our world—we just have to look for it…
